Privacy Policy

• Account data: your username, your Solana login wallet address, your payout wallet address, and the trading wallet addresses you verify.
• Tournament data: entries, entry payments (on-chain transaction references), tracked trades on eligible markets, scores, rankings, and prize allocations.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
• We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or government identification, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Athlos is a competitive arena, and competition data is public by design. Your username, verified wallet addresses, tournament entries, scores, rankings, and prize history are visible to anyone. Wallet addresses and their transactions are also independently visible on public blockchains regardless of Athlos. Choose a username and wallets with this in mind.

• to operate tournaments: verifying wallet ownership, scoring trades, computing standings, and paying prizes;
• to protect integrity: detecting multi-accounting, collusion, and abuse;
• to secure and improve the Service: monitoring, debugging, and rate limiting;
• to comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• We read public market and trade data from third-party platforms (such as Polymarket) and public blockchains to score tournaments.
• Our infrastructure providers (hosting and database) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
• Links to external sites — such as block explorers or X — are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Tournament results, prize records, and the wallet associations behind them are retained indefinitely because they form the auditable history of past competitions. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

• You can change your username and payout wallet in settings.
• Verified trading wallets that are not locked to a tournament entry can be removed.
• If you stop using Athlos, your historical competition records remain part of finished tournaments' public results.
